Description
Upon completion of this program, participants should be better able to: 1. Distinguish between ovulatory and anovulatory uterine bleeding and other menstrual abnormalities and select appropriate treatment options 2. Explain the process of menopausal transition and describe the potential risks/benefits of HRT options, especiall in relation to breats cancer and cardiovascular disease 3. Describe the managment of HPV infection and abnormal pap smear results 4. Identify current strategie for diagnosing and managing osteoporosis, thyroid disorders and obese patients 5. Discuss the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome 6. Recognize and manage common symptoms of depression and other psychiatric disorders in women
