Description

The 2023 Orthopedic Nursing Conference will explore a variety of topics impacting orthopedic patients in a fast-paced, ever-changing world of healthcare. We will present a variety of topics including regenerative medicine, health disparities in pain management, trending surgical procedures, nurse research, and pediatric orthopedic oncology with a patient story.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
*Identify updates in orthopedic treatment options
*Outline the nurse role in research
*Describe nursing considerations caring for pediatric orthopedic patients
*List two benefits of orthopedic nursing certification
